A license could not be generated from the provided inputs - Laserfiche Connector

Likely reasons for this - I've read the install instructions.  The server is a VAR 2012R2 server with everything installed and everything that is also listed on the My Activation Keys list in the support.laserfiche.com portal has correctly activated and installed and is running.

The installer seems to finish without any problem - there are no missing dependencies or anything but after I input the Activation key for my Serial Number (double checked that) the activation seems to almost complete then I get the Pop Up message:

 

"A license could not be generated from the provided inputs"

 

I then did some rebooting and head scratching and repaired the install and tried the license activation application in the server directory - it recognises the product from the key and allows activation for the current version to proceed but again brings up that error and no lic or Activation keys are produced. (I thought they may have needed to be copied from the location I saved them to to the install directory for this app - as for the others it doesn't matter until the service gets restarted...

 

Any ideas guys?

Please open a case with Laserfiche Support.
