Install LaserFiche Directory Server on a windows 2008 R2

We are currently working on to upgrade our server for the version 9.2.1. The version of the laserfiche rio server we are using is 9.1.545. The probleme is when we are in the installation wizard of the Directory Server we cannot add the Server Web Administration Console feature because the check box are disabled. Therefore we cannot configure our Directory Server. Like the title said our server is a windows 2008 R2 so basically we have all the requirements. Why those checkboxes are unchecked and disabled?

I would really appreciate any help you can provide.

Aside from not having IIS, that often happens if you have installed it already. Try uninstalling the Directory server, delete the installation directory, then reinstall it.  When you reinstall, all the other checkboxes should be checked by default already if you have IIS.

You are right.

When you uninstalling it and then reinstall the checkboxes are now enabled.
