Does anyone know where the the values of metadata of a document stored in the database?  For example, if I have a document with a template that contains fields like status, first_name, last_name, history and I want to write a SQL query to retrieve it.  Which table(s) they are stored in?  I understand that we can use search functionality like advanced search on the repository but I'm looking for a way to query it directly from the table in the database.  Thank you very much.  

Update:  This is for documents in LF repository that are not submitted by LF form.  Just a plain scanned document with metadata assigned to it
