License limite or user account has reached sseion limit 9030

When any user try to login get  this error message. Full Repositories licences allocated says 70 and full repository named user licences in use is 12.

 

Any ideas why it is happening?

Hi Carl thanks for the answer. I resolve this by unregistering server , uninstall server, install server again and register server...

 

I found that weekend a problem in IT site erase the repository folder, so someone copy it again. Then users began to get the message.

 

All looked fine but only by doing the before mentioned steps I could solve the problem.

 

By the way it was using both cliente or web access.

 

By good luck we did a complete back up friday and people do not use repository yesterday due a problem with site servers, so no information was lost...

I ran into the same issue.  Rather than going through all of your steps I upgraded from 10.2 to 10.3.  Pretty sure just running the activation key and restarting the service probably would have fixed it as well.

What type of account is trying to access which software?

 

One of the common ways this error presents is if a read-only account tries to log into Web Access instead of WebLink Public Portal.
