LCAP current but unable to download RIO

I am trying to download Laserfiche Directory Server 9.2.1 (ISO Image), but I continue to get access denied. Examination of licensing shows that we are current until 9/17/2015. Why am I not able to download the product?

Hi David,

Your organization does not have Laserfiche Rio. That is why you are unable to download Laserfiche Directory Server 9.2.1.

If you have questions about this and are thinking of upgrading your Laserfiche System to Rio, then please contact your reseller.
