We are upgrading the RME Oracle server from 8.0.2 to 9.2.1. We started the upgrade on Wednesday about 1:00 PM and it has been almost 24 hours and the client is still showing the same error message "The repository cannot be mounted at this time because it is being upgraded. Please wait until the upgrade completes. [9523]"

When we try to connect the repository from any application (Administration Console, Client, Workflow) then it gives the same error.

Has any VAR faced the same issue earlier or is their any estimate on how much time it could take for the repository to upgrade? The estimate size of the database is 2 GB.

A case has been opened for this issue. For the benefit of other readers, we will update the thread with the cause and resolution when the issue has been resolved.

I got a client that just migrate this from lf 8.3 to 9.2.1 and i cant enter de admin console with the same message.

Turns out is normal until the internal migration finish. My client got a 64 GB DB an take less than a hour.

Now all works fine.
