I created a Laserfiche user (i.e. not Active Directory -- this is for a temporary use) and assigned rights and privileges to match Active Directory users. When this user logs in and selects Basic scan mode, this error message box appears: 'Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object.' When they OK this message the scan UI does not load. If I select the Standard scan mode Scan loads normally. Why would this be happening? (Using version 9.0)
