Recommendations to upgrade Weblink 8.2 to Weblink 9 when using multiple Virtual Directories

We have setup Weblink with multiple Virtual Directories using their own custom Web Files folders.  This seems to have created an issue for us to upgrade to Weblink 9 without having to recreate each weblink site.  We don't use the default Weblink program folders but instead created folders for each weblink site.  If I knew which files needed to be copied from the new versions Program folder (C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Weblink\) to our sites individual folders that would be great.  Anyone else come across this issue?

We find the same problem in a process validadción the weblink 9 release and temporary solution was to create virtual directory under the folder C: \ Program Files \ Laserfiche \ WebLink. I know it's not the most convenient but for now it works.
We have another problem with this version is referred to automatic authentication through Active Directory has been configured as outlined in the installation guide, but nothing, perhaps you've already overcome this issue and could give some tip's.

Hello Deb, 

We are looking into your post and don't quite understand the issue you are having. Could you explain why you have set up WebLink with multiple virtual directories each using their own custom folders? We are a little confused as to why you need to copy and replace the new files to perform the upgrade. Do you have customizations you are trying to retain from WebLink 8.2? There is a place in the WebLink installer to modify the install location, but I can't tell if that is the solution you are looking for. If you could update this with a more details, we can look into it further.
