Retrieval named user can't login

I have added a new user with Retrieval Named user license in LF License Manager.

I have then added this user under LF Admin Console (under Windows Accounts).

When I try to login to the repository, I get this error message "The maximum number of sessions that this server instance is licensed for has been reached. [9030]".

 

I then changed that user license to 'Full' Named user license. Now I can login successfully with that user.

 

What's the issue here?

Confirm that the user you are trying to log in as is flagged as 'read-only' in the Laserfiche Server Administration Console. Users need to be flagged as read-only for the Server to allow them to connect using retrivial named licenses.

What product are you using to log in? The Client? WebLink?

We tried with Desktop Client.
