I have been trying to print a 3000-page document of batch invoices and their recipients' names/addresses to the LF repository using Snapshot. The spooler spools up all pages, but when it loads it into the repository, the job quits after 2001 pages (more specifically, when the file size reaches 2 GB). I don't see any configuration settings in Snapshot for adjusting the file size limit, and the last reference to this issue on the support site is from about 10 years ago. Is this an application design issue or is there a way to increase the cap? I am working on a Windows 7 64-bit workstation with 8 GB of RAM. The hosting server has 24 GB of RAM. I am using LF 9.2.0.472. Thanks

You are likely running out of resources on the machine. Try setting the Snapshot print spooler setting to "print directly to the printer" instead of spooling locally.

Do you know which file exceeds 2 GB in size? Snapshot can't process Black Ice driver group files in excess of about 1.7 GB, but I don't think a 3000 page document would generate a group file anywhere near that.
