Forms Portal no public access option

Just activated the key for Forms Portal 9.2.  Restarted LF services and still don't have the Starting Forms Access radio buttons on my forms.  Do I have to reinstall the forms portion to enable this add-on?

If you have Forms Portal, you should have two separate keys for Forms. Make sure you used the correct one.

You do not need to reinstall.

It sounds like you used the activation tool to manually activate your new key. Did you replace the license file in the Forms program files? The license file for Forms belongs under C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin .

Appreciate the replies...  Verified that I was using the appropriate key for the forms portal, and had not moved the activation file into the proper location.  Did so and restarted all LF services with the same result. 

I've put an email into my VAR as well.
