Is anyone using Workflow to process incoming transcripts?

We are in the planning stages of creating a workflow to route incoming transcripts to our SIS (Banner), transcript evaluators and keep students in the loop of the progress (i.e. transcript from XX college has been received, transcript form XX college has been evaluated, etc.).

Has anyone created something similar in workflow?

We are in the process of implementing inbound transcript processing. We have not implemented LF yet due to hosting issues, however hosting is almost locked in and we should be starting user testing soon.
