LF Client 9.2 snapshot won't work with Lacerte tax software, black ice error.

We upgraded a customer from 9.0 to 9.2 recently and snapshot works with everything but their Lacerte Tax software.  I've played with settings in the Snapshot properties and nothing works.  Have even done a complete and deep uninstall of the LF client so that a reinstall would be totally fresh and still could not snapshot with Lacerte.  Any suggestions?

When you upgraded the client, did you reinstall Snapshot as well?

Some quick googling brought up a "fixit" tool provided by Lacerte that fixes print to pdf issues.

This error seems to have caused issues in other DMS systems as well, and this was their suggested fix. It fixes something that gets corrupt that causes LAcerte's built-in PDF print function to fail as well.  

I'd suggest testing that  built in PDF printing and if that doesn't work either I'd try the fix above, then I'd contact LaCerte/Intuit (And if you do I wouldn't even mention Laserfiche, my experience with Intuit support is that the moment you mention a program that's not theirs they blame all subsequent issues on that).
