Workflow email LF document attachment excessive filesize

I have a workflow that attaches a LF document (saved by snapshot) to an email. The filesize is 7MB in the email even though it's just a two page document with text only. Any idea how to make it come through into the email with a smaller file size?

Workflow doesn't change the size of the file. You need to look at your settings in Snapshot to see why the file size is so large.

Is it a color document? If you do not need the color, a black and white document would be smaller.

OK, thanks, I'll take a look at the snapshot settings. The workflow has been producing 0.5 MB files then all of a sudden, they changed to 7 MB for everyone. My guess is from what you've said is that everyone's snapshot default settings got reset somehow.
