Laserfiche Rio Pilot is a form of WebLink Public Portal. The Public Portal Pilot provides 25 concurrent read-only portal connections through WebLink, in contrast to the other Laserfiche Rio Public Portal options which provide unlimited WebLink connections. The Laserfiche Rio Full Named user license is the standard license allocated to a specific account for full access through all Laserfiche client applications.

One thing to note about the Public Portal licensing...

Public Portal licensing is applied to a single LF server per Public Portal license.
