I have set up email approval in our Dev environment and it is working fine. So, users are able to Approve/reject task through email.
But, when we moved the same form to Production environment, I keep getting the error- "Invalid email approval- The previous email approval (action: Approve) failed. Either the task has already been performed or you cannot perform approval actions."
I have all the settings same in Dev and Prod environment. Both are using the same email account as well. So, I am not sure why we are getting this problem?
Is there a way to fix this issue?
