When I attempt to perform direct approval I keep receiving an email that indicates the approval has failed or already been approved. The email text is below.
"The previous email approval (action: Approve) failed. Either task has been performed or you cannot perform approval actions."
This only happens when I approve, if I reject it works as it should.
The approval seems to work but we keep receiving these emails indicating an issue. I have searched through answers and the support page but I can't find any information on this.
