One of our clients can no longer download .lic files from support. He was able to in the past. He doesnt think anyone in the organization would change "roles" for support site access. He no longer has "license download access". If he requests this role again, who does that prompt go to? The first user in their org to get a support site account? Laserfiche support?
Also why did he lose this access?
