Snapshot not connecting to server

I have a client with Laserfiche 9.1 on a new 2012 Server.

The workstation Clients and Laserfiche are working OK.

But Snapshot will not connect to the server from a workstation.  The server is not found.  If the customer manually adds the server name the repository is not found.

Snapshot is working OK on the server itself connecting as localhost.

What should we be checking?

Fixed.

Snapshot was being blocked by the Anti Virus software.

Have you changed the port or restricted it to secure port for server client communication?  If the port is not standard, then when providing the server name, include a colon and the port number.

ServerName:8080

Thanks Bert.  Port is 80 and Client is working OK through this port.
