Snapshot Default document properties

I have a user that is having an issue with the default folder location for Snapshot to send documents to. We are using Laserfiche Client 9.0.3. We have the folder location set as %(Current Folder). The user may have multipe windows of Laserfiche open that are all the same "instance" of Laserfiche (meaning they didn't open a whole new Laserfiche program). They will attempt to highlight the specific folder in the Laserfiche window that they want the snapshot document to be sent to, but many times the folder location will just show as "\", the root of the repository. Anything the user can do different to make sure that snapshot folder location properly populates besides only having one window open?

Does this issue affect just the one user or do other users have the same problem. You also mentioned that the issue happens many times, but does that mean there are other times when the user has multiple windows open and the current folder is properly set as the Snapshot path? What's different between the times that it works vs the times that it doesn't? Is it related to having a minimum number of browser windows open? I tested with three browser windows open and didn't have an issue.
