No color when printing from published Citrix application.

We have users that access an external published Citrix application. When the users try to print with snapshot in color, the colors do not come through.

We are running Rio 9.1.1, which uses snapshot driver 1377. File format is TIFF JPEG (*.tif) and Color Depth is Full Color. I have made sure all remnants of the old were gone when installing LF. I rolled back to 9.0.2 which uses the older snapshot driver (1328 I believe), and set the file format to TIFF Packed, it works perfectly.

Am I missing a setting somewhere or is there an issue with the driver?

Resolved.

You have to change the file format on the local machine to Tiff Jpeg, in the printing defaults. Changes made outside the printing defaults to not appear to pull through.

What is the name of the application that you are using with Snapshot & Citrix?

Easy Writer Pro, which is from one of our Insurance companies.

I was at the conference last week, and they recommended trying Black Ice Color Plus which is the driver used beneath Snapshot apparently. That works like it should, and the colors come through...

So the issue appears to be in the Snapshot program, and probably not the driver itself.
