Client is having an issue where they have installed Laserfiche Client, the scanner drivers for Canon DR 6010C as well as the TSScan application/utility for scanning in a terminal environment.

Laserfiche Scanning is not listing TSScan as a scan engine source even when you make TWAIN the scan engine source, it doesn't show it.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/resolve this issue?
