Hi,

This customer has 2 licenses (Avante) one for the dev and one for the prod environment....I used the wrong license for the dev, as  the dev environment has a license that need to be renewed each year..

At the beginning I had to license the server using activation tool from another PC as I was getting an WinHTTP error, and copied the license file to the server and  browse to it..

My question is:  What is the correct procedure for deactivating this license and reactivate using the correct license?

Should I use the command line to deactivate the license, and use activation tool to activate the correct one and copy the license file to the Laserfiche folder?
