Users with Snapshot 8 and Snapshot 9 - no dialog box for 9?

I have a user on version 8 of Laserfiche and Snapshot.  Most of us have moved up to version 9.0.2 for both Snapshot and the Laserfiche Client.  Version  8 users have the Snapshot dialogue box pop up when selecting print.  Version 9 users select print, no dialogue box appears, and the document goes to never-never land.  It looks like Snapshot is configured correctly for the Version 9 people.  What am I missing??

Is Snapshot installed as a local printer on the individual user workstations or is it installed as a shared printer? In the Snapshot Configuration (accessed from the Windows Start Menu), check the "General" tab and confirm what option is selected for "After a document has been printed." If you need users to manually input information such as where the document will be saved to, etc. please make sure to use the option "Prompt to configure properties."
