We have one QF 9 license in our department. I want a scanner operator to be able to log on to my computer under her username so she can get to the sessions I created. She would scan at this station in the mornings. I come to work in the afternoons. So, we will be sharing one workstation. Is it possible for her to log on under her username and see my sessions? It seems what I read it is possible since QF is licensed per machine. Any suggestions would be appreciated before I contact my IS department.

Yes, any user can open sessions provided they know where the session file is and that they have access to that Windows path. They wouldn't automatically appear on her start screen though, but once she opens a session the first time, it will be listed the next time she opens Quick Fields.
