HR Onboarding Forms not working after ugprading to Laserfiche 9.2

After upgrading all Laserfiche products to 9.2, HR Onboarding Forms is not sending the metadata to Laserfiche. After chatting with Laserfiche support, it was recommended to change the Service Task from Send to Laserfiche to Save to Repository.

 

Is the new Form in LaserRepository 20140915.zip changed to Save to Repository?

Are you using "Save to Laserfiche" function in Laserfiche Forms to store metadata into the repository? You should be able to continue use this function even after you upgrade Laserfiche Forms to 9.2. Please just check whether the templates and fields are configured in the SaveToLFConfiguration.xml under C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin, refer to http://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/laserficheforms/9.2/en-us/forms/#Administration/Repository.htm#ConfiguringSavetoLaserfiche for more informaiton
