When using Snapshot from LF 9.1.1, we cannot manually log in with a different user. We must use Windows Authentication to use snap shot.
Is this a known bug or a fix for this?
Have you gone into the Snapshot Configuration (Current User) settings? If you go to Start-> Laserfiche-> Laserfiche Configuration (Current User), on the General tab there is a "Connection information" section with a change button. There you can change what user is being used and whether or not it should use Windows Authentication.
Yes, I have done that. It will not let me log in with any user. This started after we updated to 9.1.1 Rio
I have tried the format
domain\username
domain/username
username
None of the log in attempts work with Admins or Standard users.
We also ran into this for RIO 9.1.1.486.
The only difference is we were able to authenticate with the Admin account, just not any named user accounts. If you use windows authentication for those Laserfiche accounts in snapshot config or the pop up it works fine. Otherwise you get an error,
"The user login or password is incorrect"
If you use the exact same authentication in the Laserfiche client it works fine.
Was This fixed in RIO 9.2? Or a service pack for 9.1?
