I get this "An error occured in WinHTTP" at the LF Forms Installation

Hello,

I get this message when I try to install LF Forms on a Toshiba Touch Tablet : "An error occured in WinHTTP" when I press the next button right after the Laserfiche activation product step. I can't go further in the installation. I've tried to turn off the Windows firewall (the Toshiba touch pad have Win8 OS) but it doesn't change anything so I thought to activate LF Forms manually  with another computer but I can't find where is the application to get the hardware print.

Can someone tell me the default path for this application, please ?

Or anyone have a solution to fix this ?

Please see KB 1012618 to download the utility for getting the hardware fingerprint and hostid. Then you can use that information to perform a manual activation from a different computer that can reach our activation server.
