Audit trail user login failure attempts

Hi There,

 

Is it possible to record the login failure attempts from the users in the audit trail? How to do that?

We are using Laserfiche 9 version (Rio)

Yes, this is possible. See this page for details. You need to enable the option to audit failures of the Session event class.

You mean users failing to log into Laserfiche? Yes, Audit Trail can record that. See the help file for a list of events (namely, Session for this case). With Rio, you can record both success and failure case for each events
