"The profile for the user is a temporary profile"

Receiving error when User is installing Laserfiche Server 8.3. She is installing the pre-requisite for SQL Server 2005 Native Client. The error is "The profile for the user is a temporary profile"

 

She rebooted her machine and is logged in as the administrator.

Usually that is a Windows OS message that means the regular profile for that user on the machine is corrupt so it is currently using a temporary profile.
