Is there a way to resubmit forms that failed without having the individual users fill out the forms again and submit them?

For one of the Client's forms, when users submit forms, it says it has been successfully submitted but looking at the forms results, it shows them as failed. Any way to resubmit these forms after the issue has been identified?
