Digging through the archives, it looks like the Southern Technology Group did a bunch of ScanFile conversions back in the day (like, a decade ago).  Laserfiche has changed a lot since then, and it's likely ScanFile has as well, but it's probably a good starting point.  The owner of the company is a sharp guy and has done a lot of conversions over the years.  You might want to check out stgp.com and shoot them an email, or else contact your Regional Manager for some more information.
