I have a user account in Laserfiche called "Mike". If I go into the Admin Console, right-click on the user, select Copy, then right-click Paste, I get a new user called "Mike (2)". I can then rename that user to "Bill".
The issue arises when I log into Laserfiche as Bill and scan a document. If I right-click on that document and view the Properties, it shows that the Owner is "Bill". However, if I look at the Created By column in the browser window, it shows that it was created by "Mike (2)". (See attached screenshot). So it appears that when a user account is renamed, it still retains some reference to the original user account name. This is causing confusion for some of our users.
Has anybody else come across this problem? Any solution would be appreciated!
Note: I have tested this in 9.1.1.486 Client/Server, both for customers and in our own internal LF system.
