set a specific search for all LF users

 Hi everyone,

 

I know that every user can create and save one specific search in the laserfiche, is there a way to create a custumized search and set them to all users, without having each user create and saving his own?

I know that through workflow, I can create a search but I'm not sure how the user would receive the result of this search.

You want them to repeat the search? well, you can use a saved quick search. I think it may even be inside the attributes so you can just apply it to all users. 

 

Or, you can create a shortcut that opens the client with a specific shortcut. Not sure how you would wanna do that inside of workflow though. This isn't a shortcut to a laserfiche entry, but an outside of laserfiche thing.

So, if necessary yes, to explain more about the problem,we have a client that normally in his company they create a search and export as contend list and save in an excell sheet. However some users are creating the search in the wrong manner and the excells are coming with error, so because of that they want see if it is possible to create a search and set to everyone else, even if they are new to laserfiche , to execute the search and send the information without any problem. But I will check your idea in quick search.

Right so I believe this has already been answered previously here and this should give you an idea of how to go about doing this.
