Hi, has anyone come across issue where you drag/drop Outlook 2010 email into LF client and there is 'extra' or garbage information in there? For example it fills in the correct email address of the recipient but it also has what looks like Chinese characters.

I have opened a ticket with support however.....

If email is imported via Send to LF , no issues.

Happens with any email as I created my own email in office2007.

For fun, I tested with WebAccess /chrome/drag&drop.. I got a period only (no email address or chinese characters) . LF 9.1.1.486 and 9.1.1.548 clients. LFWebaccess 9.0.2
