Does Snapshot work on a terminal server? Have a client that has one of their users using a Terminal Server and they need to be able to snapshot, and we're getting the error "This driver does not work with Terminal Services enabled.”? Is there a workaround or what other options do they have?

Ok..read the article, help file, and forum post...and I'm still a little confused as to the wording. User is using a Thin client to connect to term serve. So we want to install the Snapshot as a local printer on the term serv so this will install term serv drivers and allow her to print from the thin client through the term serv?

We have snapshot working on a terminal server but one user cannot change her settings. It has a default template set but we cannot remove that from snapshot config (this user) on her terminal instance. Changing the settings for snapshot config (this user) on the app server also does not affect the users local settings. Any suggestions for what to look for?
