Not able to see "Save to Laserfiche" dialog box while saving excel sheet in laserfiche

Hi,

I'm not able to see "Save to Laserfiche" dialog box when I try to save excel sheet from my local machine to Laserfiche on remote server.

 

Although, it seems there is no problem in establishing connection with laserfiche from my local machine.

This is because when I hover the mouse on excel sheet tab on taskbar, I can see labels for two window, one for excel sheet and another for "Save to Laserfiche".

Its just that this is some how hidden from my view. When I right click on 'Save to laserfiche", all the three buttons, 'Restore, Maximise and Minimise' are coming in disabled form.

 

Not sure how to view that dialog box.

As a quick fix, try pressing Alt + Esc until the window you need comes to the front. Alt + Esc will cycle through your open windows. You can also press Alt + Tab once to open a thumbnail view of windows and select it from there, but that method is not as reliable for pulling windows to the foreground.

Please help me out on this issue. Quick fix is not working and we tried to re-install MS Office and Laserfiche on my machine but still the same problem.

You should see if the Laserfiche Add-in is disabled. Please look at this post and see if this helps.
