I have an question regarding snapshot 9.0.1. I have a client having several image quality issues with certain PDF documents using snapshot. In addition some PDF documents only snapshot some of the pages It is random and happens on multiple systems for the same documents. 1st Is there an update to snapshot that addresses these issues? 2nd Can I upgrade to the latest version without updating the client?

Hi Richard,
I've seen problems like this in the past and has usually always linked back to something specific about the PDF's themselves. Usually when they are editable or have very detailed graphics.
One thing I come up against time and time again however is snapshot printing gibberish. Check out this KB article and see if it helps resolve your issue.

Thank you for the response. I have seen the gibberish issue before so disabling the advanced printing feature was one of the first things I tried. I will see if the client will let me post the PDF.

Here are some of the documents having issues.
I didn't have any problems printing the three PDFs using Snapshot 9.1.1. We did update the black ice driver used by Snapshot between 9.0 and 9.1 so upgrading your customer may be something to try.
Note that I've also removed the PDFs from your post in case they contain sensitive data.
Can the Clients just be upgraded to 9.1.1 or does the server need to be upgraded also?
