The easiest thing to do is probably just have your users recreate their searches.  In version 8.2, searches were saved as registry keys and were bound to the computer rather than the account.  In more recent versions, searches are saved as user attributes. This means that saved searches are available no matter which computer the user is logged into, and pushing them out to users will be extremely simple in the future.  In this case though, the effort required to migrate your old saved searches to 9.1 probably dwarfs the effort required for your users to just reconfigure things one last time.
