We have a customer who uses the VMWare Mirage software to deploy software to their PC machines. They first take and image of a clean PC, then install the Laserfiche Client components, the Software then take another image and creates what seems like an installer package to deploy to other PC's.

It appears that it works for PC's that do not have Laserfiche on them already but when they attempt to upgrade a PC with an older version of Laserfiche, they run into errors when trying to launch the application.

Has anyone else attempted this? Is this process even a supported one?
