In the License Manager Administration Console, right click the licensing database and then select the option to "Add Master License." From there you can get an updated master license which will contain the additional named user licenses the customer ordered.

Now they can choose to allocate those additional users how they want, either by assigning additional directory named users or devices, or by assigning them as repository named users to a specific Laserfiche Server.
