We recently upgraded to Laserfiche 9.1.1 with the version of SnapShot that comes with this new version. Whenever we try and print an Acrobat document with one of the custom profiles we created in Profile manager the process hangs up and we get the error " Adobe Acrobat has stopped working". We do not have this problem with Word documents. Also whenever we use the default profile manager settings there is no problem, it only happens when we choose a profile that we created. We did not have this issue with the Snapshot version that was bundled with 8.3. We used the same "custom" profile settings from the previous version.
In addition, we have not changed our version of Adobe Acrobat since the Laserfiche upgrade. Attached is a screenshot of what the error looks like.
