Dears,

 

Suppose a customer has the following configuration:

 

1- LF RIO two Servers Installed (LF Server A-RepA and LF Server B-RepB).

3- All Named Users are assigned to Windows Domain Users which are authenticated on both repositories.

2- Laserfiche Enterprise Form Portal.

3- We Installed 2 LF Web Forms server (Forms Server A and Forms Server B), each of which is configured to work with one of the repositories.

4- we published a purchase request Form on Forms Server A, and Request for Vacation Request form on Forms Server B.

 

Can the Named User which is part of each repository server submit PR and VR?

Yes, the Named Users in this sample Rio environment would be able to submit both the Purchase Request form on Forms Server A as well as the Request for Vacation form on Forms Server B (as long as the Forms security is set up to allow them access).

 

Enterprise Forms Portal does not affect the ability of the Named Users to be able to submit these forms. The Forms Portal, if assigned to Forms Server A and/or Forms Server B, allows for anonymous users to submit forms without being required to login.
