I was hoping someone on here could help me with this one as I am not sure if the following can be done:
We are trying to set up a business process for quotations.
We need to email the draft copy of the document to the salesperson.
We require the document to be sent out as a PDF (so they cannot edit it) but this is where my workflow fails. I have set the email options within LF to “send as a PDF” but it cannot do this for electronic files. The only way to convert an electronic document to PDF within LF is to use Snapshot.
Now the new LF SDK (9.1) can call upon snapshot (so I’ve read) but I’ve never seen it working. I was wondering if with the new SDK the above is possible or if there is any other script you can think that we can include within workflow which could create a pdf version of an excel document then that would be great.
