Deploying to users who will access through Citrix

I see that there are scanning issues.  Are there retrieval issues?

To be clear, Laserfiche is supported in a Citrix environment. Scanning specifically can be tricky because of the need for a scanner connected on the local machine to be recognized in the Citrix environment running Laserfiche. (Of course, as other threads on the topic have mentioned it may be possible to get around this).

 

Retrieval is a smoother/more direct process, the user accesses Laserfiche through the Citrix environment and opens and views their documents. I'm not aware of any issues with retrieval through Citrix.
