I am getting license invalid and mismatched fingerprint error on our test weblink server. What needs to be done?

Make sure you have a valid license for web link and you are pointing to the correct license file.

What version of Weblink are you installing?

version 8.3. I've contacted our VAR for this issue. Also this is test server. Production weblink server is working fine.
