When installing Avante 9.1.1.486 onto Window Server 2012 R2 I get the message "An error occured in WinHTTP" after entering the licence key and I cannot proceed.
Is the Laserfiche Server behind a proxy or firewall that's may be affecting communication with our Activation Server? Check the activation log file from that server to see if it reports additional details. The log is located in C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\LFActivationLog.txt.

Please note that I replaced your attached screenshot as it contained your customer's Activation Key. The replaced screenshot has redacted it. I also see that you were able to activate the customer so I presume that the issue was indeed network related.
For the future, if the computer that is being activated doesn't have an internet connection or is otherwise unable to communicate with our activation server, then a manual activation can be done from a different computer using the activation tool.
