How do you add/update a license in the Laserfiche Rio License Manager?

 We are trying to add/update our license for Laserfiche Rio.  Can you please help?

Please review the "Update a Master License" section in the Rio 9.1 Deployment Guide.

I have a similar post that covers it pretty well. If you have weblink expect to have to do the second step, I am finding I have to every time.
