Background

On April 4, 2014 I upgraded from Laserfiche 7.1 to 9.1.

I used the Laserfiche migration utility to create a Laserfiche 9.1 repository from a Laserfiche 7.1 repository. 

Problem Description

Users can view documents created after the upgrade to Laserfiche 9.1 that contain redactions without issue. As expected, redactions are see-through in the Laserfiche client Image pane and entirely blacked out in the Thumbnails pain.

When user view migrated documents with redactions, the redaction shows entirely blacked out in the Thumbnails pain. The redaction does not show at all in the Image pane, and the user is presented with the following error: Failed to load annotations.  This image cannot be modified. General database error. [9008]
