Hi Alex,
Is Snapshot the default printer? If so, try Snapshot as the default Windows printer and then try again. Report tools based on Crystal or Microsoft can be a bit funny.

I have made the Laserfiche Snapshot a default printer and still no luck.
The issue we are having is when we try and print through Laserfiche Snapshot we are getting the following error messages (File attached). The printer says its printing but it doesn't.
The issue doesn't happen at first, but the second or third print from the sage software and the issue appears.

They can't find an option to Print in Sage or are they getting an error when they do print? Does it work from Notepad?
